For me, a wedding is not about perfect poses or staged moments.
It’s about how it felt. The quiet glances, the soft light, the emotions you didn’t even realize were there.
I’m Samantha, a wedding photographer based in Rotterdam, capturing refined and romantic weddings across Europe. My heart lies with destination weddings in places like Ibiza, Italy and Portugal — where light, atmosphere and emotion come together effortlessly.
I’m drawn to softness, natural light, and elegant details — always aiming to create images that feel timeless, warm and true to you.
On your wedding day, I bring a sense of calm. No pressure, no forced moments — just gentle guidance when needed, so you can fully be present and enjoy every part of your day. And if the music is perfect at the reception? You might even find me dancing behind the camera!
When I’m not behind the camera, I love spending time with my family and my 9-year-old son. We enjoy slow days at the beach, delicious food and travelling to beautiful places such as Brazil, Morocco and Portugal. Portugal is my second home, that’s where our family lives. I’m also a huge animal lover, especially horses — I ride wherever I go and dream of photographing weddings or couples with horses someday. These moments in nature, with animals and love, inspire me to capture weddings in a way that feels authentic, elegant, and timeless.

the heart behind what we do
Over time, my focus naturally shifted.
Where I once explored different types of photography — from families to fashion — I found myself drawn more and more to photographing people in natural light, on location and not anymore in the studio.
There is something about soft light, beautiful surroundings and genuine connection that continues to inspire me. You can describe my style as soft, light, and dreamy — always focused on creating timeless and elegant imagery.
I feel most inspired in places where everything comes together effortlessly: the beach, quiet forests, or charming streets filled with character. It’s also where my love for destination weddings began — capturing love stories in places like Ibiza or along the coast of Portugal.
Today, my work is fully focused on weddings and couples, combining emotion, aesthetics and a calm presence throughout the day.
